Here is what we had last week to eat for dinner.
1. No Pain Lo Mein, jasmine rice, salad
2. Mexican casserole, chips, queso, black beans
3. Beef ravioli in basil- cream sauce, salad, fruit salad, garlic bread, chocolate cake
4.Tarragon flank steak, Garlic new potatoes, crusty french bread, green beans

I want to start eating at your house every night...these menus look so yummy!!!
Keep the menus coming! Thanks for continuing to post them - it is inspiring. While I can't duplicate your menus due to my often minimal prep time and increased distractions as a mostly single mom of three...I have actually cooked 5 meals a week the last two weeks (no pre-prepared foods, either) as a result of your faithful posts. Even used some of your recipes!
