Derek, David and one of David's co-workers went to play golf at our neighborhood golf course yesterday. Julie and me and all the kids met them up there for dinner. It was great to sit out under the trees and relax while Tate and Barrett ran all over the place. They especailly loved getting in the golf carts! One of the workers was smart enough to take the keys out. Everyone there is so nice and just let them play and have fun. Barrett also got some golf lessons from David and then took a few swings on his own. He had a great time. Notice the big bump on his head? He fell at Ladies class today. Poor guy!

How fun! Nathan is really interested in golf right now. Maybe we'll try that after soccer. How relaxing to be able to sit back and eat while they played! Barrett is so cute and is really starting to look like a boy. Where did our babies go?
Anthony will love these pictures, and I know he can't wait to teach him more skills. Sorry about the bump on B's head...it reminded me of when he fell at the pool in Galveston--poor guy.
I'm glad we're finally starting to make some inroads toward turning this into a golfing family. You know Barrett is about at the age when Tiger Woods started attracting some attention for his golf swing!
He's a little outdoorsman, isn't he? The fact that he loves sports, daddy, and the outdoors will come in handy some weekends when you want to have a girl's weekend or a weekend all to yourself. Fun. Fun.
