Making Muscles







The kids are interested in "exercising" and getting big muscles. They got some cans out and started doing exercises and it was pretty funny. Barrett also was toning his body with some pushups. What fit kids I have!!

My Granny's doctor used to tell her to lift soup cans to keep up her muscle tone. Brooklyn has the right idea! Maybe the next step is they can start running WITH you instead of you pushing them in the jogging stroller?!

I haven't been able to make it to the gym very often these days, so maybe I should try this kind of workout around the house! :) Very cute!
